When describing this back in the day, it was thought that just the "1" abilities could use this, but after years of discussion, it seems appropriate to make all abilities get the field-effect. It might also lead to changing some damage types of the actual abilities, like you have (for Saryn) Viral as the damage-type for Miasma, while Spore is Toxin. This change could possibly work to "elemental locks" on certain abilities, such as WOF being locked to heat damage for Ember, even if in a field.
